It doesn't have to be a long walk. It doesn't even have to be brisk. Just get out of the house and walk for a minimum of 15 minutes every day for a week. If you're feeling extra strong, don't take any input along. No iPod, no cell phone, no nothin'. Just you and your head, out walkin' around the town! Or, you might put a kid on your shoulders and see how that feels. At the end of your week of walks, let me know what you think. Come on, humor me!
