I'm a big advocate of finding the simplest solution possible to any problem. Two of my favorite organizing tools are things I've had in my kitchen cabinets for years but today for some reason they jumped out at me as I was making my morning French press of coffee.
I opened the cabinet, pulled down the clear plastic shoe box full of coffee and tea, and retrieved a bag of coffee. Gathering all my coffee and tea into a single container makes it so much easier for me to access those items because separately they would end up getting pushed to the back of the cabinet and becoming invisible.
After I nabbed the coffee, I pulled the bottom shelf out of my Spice Stacker, grabbed the cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkled them in the French press. I love the Spice Stacker because it serves the same purpose as the clear container does; it keeps my spices visible and easy to find quickly.
Using inexpensive organizing products to streamline the processes you repeat every day pays off immediately in efficiency and happiness! What are your favorite simple and inexpensive tools that make your life better?
